![]() I feel blessed to be working with the very best in the local green industry. Our company has been built from the ground up right here in Eugene, Oregon. We have relied on attracting qualified individuals that have a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful landscapes. People who love what they do day in and day out build solid relationships in the community and this makes running a company a lot more fun. We take great pride in our work, honor our warranties, take care of our people and our customers and as a result we have grown exponentially. We plan to continue this successful formula until someone proves to us that it doesn't work. As for me, I started out in the trade almost two decades ago. I have had the fortunate experience of learning the business from the ground up. I performed regular landscape maintenance for the first 5 years of my green industry life. This allowed me to learn my plants, weeds, pests, diseases, pruning techniques, growing habits, proper lawn care, and a lot more. I moved up through installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining irrigation systems as it is an integral part of landscaping in the Willamette Valley. Naturally, I progressed into landscape construction, estimating, and designing residential landscapes. Finally, I ended up assisting full time in the operations and administration of another local landscape company. All of this experience has helped tremendously in forming and operating Graham Landscape and Design LLC. I am most passionate about making sure our company is treating our employees, customers, vendors, and local business community in the way that we would like to be treated and creating and maintaining amazing landscapes that our customers love to come home to. Beyond work, my family is my life. My wife and two sons are a great joy in my life and I love spending time with them riding bikes, hiking Spencer's Butte, and working in our home landscape together.

![]() I am the irrigation manager for Graham Landscape & Design. I have been with the Graham team for 4 years now and what a GREAT 4 years it has been. I have always had a desire to work in a field that is hands on, creative, and outdoors. I started in the landscaping industry over 10 years ago and found my niche immediately. How much fun can one person have getting to play in the dirt all day? My focus was quickly concentrated on the irrigation aspect of landscaping. Not only do I get to dig in the dirt, now I get to build stuff, bury it, and water plants, shrubs, and turf by the push of a button. I was sold. I have been building and servicing irrigation systems ever since. After moving to the Eugene area, Graham Landscape and I have centered our irrigation goals on water quality and water conservation. What a great ride it has been so far. Graham Landscapes’ teamwork and camaraderie throughout the company is amazing. I am currently on track educating our existing clients on the importance of backflow protection. I look forward to the coming years and the wonders it will bring with Graham Landscape & Design. ![]() I have been afforded the amazing opportunity to become part of - as all the maintenance team has expressed - "the greatest landscape maintenance company in Lane county." Our team is devoted to fulfilling the needs of our amazing clientele base, seeking to become the preferred choice for landscape Maintenance, residential or commercial in the mid Willamette Valley. I have always enjoyed working outdoors learning the needs of turf and horticulture. There is great satisfaction in seeing a landscape flourish. Our Clients are terrific! Customizing a maintenance routine to fit their needs is our privilege and priority. Since joining the team in fall 2015, I could not be happier with Graham Landscape & Design as an employer. They have allowed me to use my imagination and creativity to build our maintenance team and department into the outstanding unit they are. With our professional and knowledgeable team members, we are ready and willing to take on the smallest of projects from residential, large commercial properties and apartment complexes, to even the challenging clean ups that require skill and meticulous attention. I began my Landscape career in 2000 working for a property management company, eventually becoming a crew overseer. I built my skills through courses in turf, hardscapes, and plant care at local seminars and on the job at high end residential homes, complexes, apartments, commercial buildings, and even cemeteries. Mid way through my career I owned and operated a mid size landscape maintenance company from 2004-2010, where I continued to sharpen my skills. Since 2004, I have had the great privilege of been involved with a volunteer work that has taken me across the country to clean up storm debris and remove trees off of peoples homes and properties after Hurricane Katrina. With that group I have overseen the installation of new landscapes and other large renovation projects, even having had the privilege of training dozens of volunteers to use their skills on projects of their own. Outside of work, I spend a good amount of my time volunteering helping others to understand the bible more. I am blessed with an amazing marriage resulting in the joy of raising two wonderful boys. Being an active person I especially enjoy running and roller skating. With the wealth of knowledge and experience I have gained over the years, I feel our maintenance team would be a valuable asset to you and your property or place of residence. ![]() Graham Landscape & Design provides the opportunity to work in a creative, dynamic environment, where personal and professional growth is gained through challenging and rewarding projects. It is an honor to work with such a talented and devoted team, where the attitudes, professionalism, and dedication to clients and each other, provide a positive and rewarding experience. My favorite part of working for this award winning company is being given the opportunity to transform a client's vision into reality on a daily basis. Blaine studied Landscape Architecture at UCLA. He also earned his certification as an AutoCAD technician and Mechanical draftsperson from Technology Development Center in Ventura, California. He began his landscape profession in 2002. Blaine has a unique and wide variety of experience in both landscape construction management and landscape design.
